I have been corrected because today 2K announced a new pack for download entitled the "Lady Hammerlock Pack" "This is the third of four add-on packs included in the Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel Season Pass – a $39.96 value for only $29.99 – and is also sold individually for $9.99. Lady Aurelia Hammerlock is a new playable character and comes equipped with a sniper rifle, an all-new action skill – Cold as Ice – and three new skill trees including the ability to turn a co-op teammate into her servant."
