On 10.30.2012, Rockstar Games will give you the Hostage Negotiation Pack for Max Payne 3. This means, when you turn on your Xbox 360 and/or PlayStation 3, you will be able to download this wonderful little nugget of dlc goodness for 800 MSP/$9.99 respectively per system. It's good stuff because you will get four new multiplayer maps created just for the fun you'll be having with the new items and weapons you get while dealing with the new avatar faction.
